Account & Login
How do I log in to my Superstore account?
If you have an AFC Bournemouth ticketing account, you can use the same login details to access your Superstore account.
Please note that Superstore logins created before June 2026 are no longer supported.

Season Ticket Holder & Junior Cherries Discount
Do Season Ticket Holders and Junior Cherries members receive a discount?
Yes. Season Ticket Holders and Junior Cherries members are eligible for a 10% discount in store and online.
Your membership is linked to your registered email address. Once you are logged in, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout on eligible products.
Which products are excluded from the discount?
The discount applies to eligible products bought directly through AFC Bournemouth Superstore, but does not apply to:
- Personalised gifts purchased through third-party websites
- Matchday programmes
- Gift cards
- Reduced-price items
- Items included in multibuy, mix-and-match or other promotional offers
Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched on the same day or the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include UK bank holidays.
How are orders sent?
All orders are subject to payment authorisation. Shipments are sent by Royal Mail. International orders will be passed to Royal Mail’s delivery partner in the destination country.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel at royalmail.com.
You become responsible for your order once it has been delivered to you.

* UK Special Delivery is not available for basket contents over 2kg.
** Europe and Rest of the World postage costs are based on a basket weight limit of 2kg. Baskets over this weight are subject to an additional £18.00 charge per extra 2kg.
*** Deliveries to the USA may be liable for import duty tariff charges. Where applicable, the tariff is payable at checkout and included in the shipping cost.
What happens if I am not available to receive my order?
If your order requires a signature and nobody is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or return it to a local collection point.
If this happens, the carrier should leave a calling card with further instructions.
Will I need to pay tax or duties?
All prices shown on our website include UK VAT at 20%.
For international orders, additional duties, taxes or charges may be applied by customs in the destination country.
In-Store Collection
How does in-store collection work?
If you choose to collect your order from the Club Superstore, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready.
Collections are made from the front of the store. Please bring your name and order number, or a copy of your order confirmation, when collecting.
How long will my collection order be held?
After this period, uncollected orders may be restocked and refunded. This does not include personalised shirts.
Payment & Pricing
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
Why has my payment been declined?
If your card payment is declined or not accepted, your card issuer may have restricted the card for online purchases.
Please contact your card issuer, who should be able to confirm the issue and remove any restrictions if appropriate.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders over the telephone.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
If you are ordering from overseas, your payment card will be billed in the currency used by your card provider at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of purchase.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
How do I return an online order?
To return an online order, please package the item securely and include a short note with:
- Your contact details
- Your order number
- Whether you would like an exchange or refund
- Details of the replacement item, if requesting an exchange
You can return your order by post or bring it into the Superstore for an exchange or refund.
How do I return an in-store purchase?
Please return your purchase to the Superstore at Vitality Stadium with your proof of purchase. We will then arrange an exchange or refund where eligible.
What are the returns terms and conditions?
- Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.
- During some periods, such as Christmas, we may extend the returns window for gifts. For example, Christmas gift returns may be accepted until 31 January where confirmed by the store.
- Items returned for exchange or refund must be unworn, in their original packaging and with tags attached.
- Please include the returns slip or a copy of your contact details. Missing information may delay your refund or replacement.
- Refunds are made to the original credit or debit card used for payment.
- Original delivery charges and return postage are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
- Please package returned items carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged on their way back to us.

What should I do if my order is wrong or missing an item?
We aim to fulfil every order accurately. If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to correct the issue.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until the time it is dispatched by calling 01202 726 300 (option 2).
For personalised products, cancellation is only possible if the item has not yet been printed.
Stock Availability
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally, items may become temporarily unavailable or sell out due to high demand. Where possible, unavailable items will be removed from the website.
If an item in your order is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative for your approval. If this is not possible, the item may be placed on back order and sent separately when available.
If an item has been discontinued, we will try to offer an alternative wherever possible.
