Placing an Order

By placing an order through AFC Bournemouth Superstore, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms & Conditions.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and AFC Bournemouth Superstore is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where payment authorisation is not obtained, an item is unavailable, or an obvious error has occurred.

Product Information, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, imagery and availability are accurate and up to date.

• Colours may vary depending on screen settings.
• Measurements and specifications are approximate.
• Prices may change without notice.

If a pricing or product information error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for stock, choose an alternative product, or receive a refund.

Season Ticket Holder & Junior Cherries Discounts

Eligible Season Ticket Holders and Junior Cherries members may receive discounts on selected AFC Bournemouth Superstore products.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated.
• Discounts may exclude selected products.
• Discount schemes may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
• Matchworn auction items are excluded from Season Ticket Holder and Junior Cherries discounts.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible products sold through AFC Bournemouth Superstore.

Matchworn Auctions

AFC Bournemouth Superstore operates official Matchworn and Match-Issued shirt auctions. By participating in an auction, you agree to the terms below.

Participation

To place bids on auction items, customers may be required to create an account. Where a dedicated auction platform is used, this account may be separate from your AFC Bournemouth ticketing or Superstore account.

Auction Duration

Auction start and end times are displayed on individual auction listings. Duration and availability may vary by product.

Winning an Auction

The highest valid bid at the time the auction closes will be deemed the winning bid. The winning bidder will receive confirmation and payment instructions by email.

Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified. If payment is not received, AFC Bournemouth reserves the right to cancel the winning bid, offer the item to another bidder or relist the item.

Authenticity

Matchworn and Match-Issued items will be described as accurately as possible. Product descriptions may include player details, match details, competition information and other relevant provenance details.

Where applicable, items will be supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Delivery & Collection

Auction items will only be dispatched or released for collection once payment has been received in full.

Discounts & Gift Cards

Season Ticket Holder discounts, Junior Cherries discount,  promotional vouchers and other offers cannot be used against Matchworn auction purchases unless specifically stated.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of Matchworn and Match-Issued memorabilia, auction purchases are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty, materially different from its description, or incorrectly authenticated.

Personalised Products & Kit Printing

Personalised products are made to order. Before completing your purchase, please check all personalisation details carefully.

• The selected item and size are correct.
• The spelling of names is correct.
• Numbers are correct.
• Any selected badges or customisations are correct.

Please allow additional processing time for personalised products.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, personalisation requirements, seasonal demand and carrier delays.

Responsibility for goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

International Orders, Taxes & Duties

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, local VAT or sales taxes.

These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer unless collected during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused, unworn, in their original packaging and returned with tags attached.

Personalised products and Matchworn auction items are subject to separate conditions outlined within these Terms.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Personalised products may only be cancelled before production has begun.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, AFC Bournemouth Superstore may offer promotions, discounts and special offers.

• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
• Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Promotions may exclude selected products.
• Promotions may be withdrawn at any time.
• Promotional codes are only valid for qualifying products and within the stated promotional period.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products allow customers to reserve stock before release. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

Release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supplier or delivery delays.

Where player names, squad numbers or competition badges are selected on pre-order items, AFC Bournemouth cannot accept responsibility for changes announced after the order has been placed.

Limitation of Liability

AFC Bournemouth Superstore shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruption, carrier delays, industrial action, severe weather, government restrictions, customs delays or system failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
