Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Where Gift Cards Can Be Used

Gift cards may only be redeemed when purchasing goods from AFC Bournemouth Superstore or online at superstore.afcb.co.uk.

Gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of match tickets or refreshments from the stadium concourse, bar or restaurant.

Balances & Part Payment

Gift cards may be used towards goods of a higher value than the balance held on the card, provided the difference is paid using another accepted payment method.

If a product purchased with a gift card is exchanged for a lower-priced product, or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining gift card balance.

If you do not spend the full balance in one transaction, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your till receipt.

Exclusions

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Gift cards cannot be used to pay for items from AFC Bournemouth licence partners.
• Gift cards cannot be used for match tickets or stadium concourse, bar or restaurant purchases.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

Please treat your gift card as cash.

Mutilated, damaged or defaced gift cards cannot be exchanged.

Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the last transaction. Transactions include adding funds to the card or spending funds from the card.

Any remaining balance will be cancelled once the validity period has expired.

Changes to Gift Card Terms

AFC Bournemouth reserves the right to amend these gift card Terms & Conditions at any time.

AFC Bournemouth also reserves the right to take appropriate action, including cancelling a gift card, if at its discretion it deems such action necessary.
