Delivery & Returns

Everything you need to know about delivery, Click & Collect, returns, refunds, cancellations and order support from AFC Bournemouth Superstore.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and, where available, tracking details.

Please note: Personalised kit items may take an additional 2–3 working days before dispatch. Sale, clearance and reduced-price items may also take an additional 2–3 working days, as stock may be fulfilled from an off-site location.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays. All orders are subject to payment authorisation.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail. International orders are passed to Royal Mail's delivery partner in the destination country.

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. You can also view your order status by logging in to your AFC Bournemouth Superstore account.

Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

* Europe and Rest of the World postage costs are based on parcels up to 2kg. Orders over this weight may be subject to an additional £18.00 charge per additional 2kg.

** Deliveries to the USA may include applicable import tariff charges. Where payable at checkout, these will be included in the shipping cost shown.

Delivery to some international destinations, including Australia, Brazil and Canada, may take up to an additional 10 working days if delayed by customs clearance.

International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are outside AFC Bournemouth Superstore's control and remain the responsibility of the customer unless collected during checkout.

What happens if I am not available to receive my order?

If your order requires a signature and nobody is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or redirect it to a local collection point. Where applicable, the carrier will provide further instructions.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from AFC Bournemouth Superstore at Vitality Stadium. Simply select the Click & Collect option during checkout.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.
  • Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received your collection email.
  • Collections are made from the front of the Superstore.
  • Please bring your order number, confirmation email or proof of purchase when collecting.
Collection times may be longer for personalised kit orders, sale items, reduced-price products and pre-order items.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items to us by post or in person at the Superstore.

Returns Conditions

  • Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Please include your order number, contact details and refund or exchange request with your return.
  • Personalised and printed items are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original delivery charges and return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  • Items should be packaged securely, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns damaged in transit.

Returning an Online Order

Pack your item securely and include a note with your contact details, order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Send your return to the address below, or return it in person to the Superstore.

Returning an In-Store Purchase

Please return your purchase to the Superstore with your proof of purchase. We will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund in line with our returns policy.

Christmas Returns: We may extend our returns period during the Christmas gifting period. Where this applies, the extended returns date will be communicated separately.

Order Help & Cancellations

My order is missing an item or contains the wrong product

We aim to fulfil all orders accurately, but if your order is missing an item or contains the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and work quickly to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it in line with our returns policy.

Orders containing personalised items can only be cancelled if the item has not already been personalised.

Where can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging in to your AFC Bournemouth Superstore account. Dispatch and tracking updates will also be sent by email where available.
