Items that have been personalised cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. Please also allow an additional 2–3 working days for orders containing printed items to be despatched.

Squad Names & Numbers

Player names and squad numbers are correct at the time they are advertised, but may change before the club makes its official squad announcement ahead of the first league fixture of the season. We cannot accept responsibility if a player changes their name or number, or leaves the club during a transfer window after your order has been placed.

Personalisation

You can personalise the back of your replica shirt with up to 12 letters and 2 numbers. In some circumstances, we may contact you by phone or email to confirm your requested personalisation. We reserve the right to refuse any wording that we consider offensive or inappropriate.

Sizing

Please check that you have selected the correct shirt or shorts size before adding personalisation. Once an item has been printed, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund unless it is faulty.

Garment Care

To help keep your personalised item looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying where possible and always follow the care instructions on the garment label.
