✝ Collection time may be longer for personalised kit orders and any pre-order items.

** European and Rest Of The World postage costs based on a basket limit of 2kg. Baskets over 2kg are subject to a £18.00 charge per additional 2kg.

*** Delivery to certain international countries (Australia, Brazil, Canada) can take up to an additional 10 working days if held for customs clearance.

All orders despatched by Royal Mail

Our Delivery Partners

All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail. International shipments will be passed over to Royal Mail's partner for the particular country. Where applicable, a tracking number will be provided to ensure you are kept up to date with the whereabouts of your order, and can be used to track your package at www.royalmail.com.

All in stock orders will be despatched on the same day, or next working day.
Orders for printed kit items may take an additional 2-3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, and do not include UK national holidays.

All orders are subject to payment authorisation.

You will assume responsibility for your order once the order has been delivered to you.

What If I'm Not Available To Receive My Order?

If your order requires a signature, and nobody is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave your package with a neighbour, or return the package to a local collection point. In this case, they will leave a calling card with further instructions.

Goods / Import Tax On International Orders

For international orders, additional sales and import duty may be charged at the discretion of customs & excise of the destination country. This is unfortunately beyond our control.

Click And Collect

Available from our Superstore location at Vitality Stadium, our click & collect service is simple and convenient. Simply select the click & collect option at the checkout.

When your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail notification from us (please ensure that you check your junk mail folder). Collections are made from the front of the store, and you will need your name and order number, or a copy of your order, when you make your collection.

Returning your purchase

Returning your purchase to us is easy:

Online Orders
If you wish to return your order, simply pack it up along with a short note containing your contact details, order number, and details of the item you wish to exchange for, or refund, and send it back to us here at Vitality Stadium via your local post office. When we receive your returned item/s we will refund/replace according to your instructions. You may also return your item in person to the store for an exchange or refund.

In Store Purchases
Please return your purchase to us here at Vitality Stadium, along with your proof of purchase, where we will exchange or refund your goods.

All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Printed kit items are non returnable unless the printing is incorrect, or the item is faulty.

Returns can be made up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We may in some circumstances, allow returns outside this period, for example at Christmas, where we will accept returned items, bought as gifts, until January 31st.

Items returned for exchanges / refunds must be returned in unworn condition, in original packaging with tags attached, along with the returns slip, or a copy of your contact details. Failure to enclose a returns slip or contact details may result in a delay processing your refund/replacement.

Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used for payment, and do not include the cost of initial shipping or return shipping, except in the case of a faulty product, where we will reimburse the cost of returning the product to us.

Please ensure that the returned item is adequately packaged, as we are cannot be held responsible for items which are damaged upon delivery to us.

Shortages and discrepancies

We aim to fulfil all orders accurately, but in the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong item, or your order is missing an item, please call us on 01202 726 300 (option 2), or email superstore@afcb.co.uk, and we will endeavour to correct any errors for you.

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order up to the time of despatch by calling us on 01202 726 300 (option 2). If your order has already been despatched, you may return it for a refund according to our returns terms and conditions. In the case of orders containing personalisation, you may cancel your order if the item has not already been personalised prior to despatch.
