Placing an order
Placing an order with AFC Bournemouth Superstore is easy. Simply select the item you wish to order (you can use the search bar or the main menu to find your item), select the size you require - if applicable, and any personalisation requirements, and add it to the cart. When you're ready to check out, you will need to create a customer account, which is a simple process, and will make ordering in the future even easier. We don't keep your payment details, just your name and address, e-mail address and telephone number, and don't send your details on to third parties. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail from us shortly after with full details of your order (please check your junk mail folder if you don't see an e-mail from us).
Season Ticket /Junior Cherries Discount
If you are a season ticket holder, or a Junior Cherries member, you may redeem your 10% instore discount online by entering your membership number (printed on the back of your card) in the discount box at the checkout.
Discount applies to any product bought directly through AFC Bournemouth Superstore except the following:
- Personalised gifts bought through third party sites.
- Wall Art images.
- Match Day Programmes.
- Gift Vouchers.
- Any items which have been reduced in price from their original RRP.
All in stock orders will be despatched on the same day, or next working day.
Orders for printed kit items may take an additional 2-3 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, and do not include UK national holidays.
All orders are subject to payment authorisation. All shipments are sent by Royal Mail. International shipments will be passed over to Royal Mail's partner for the particular country. Where applicable, a tracking number will be provided to ensure you are kept up to date with the whereabouts of your order, and can be used to track your package at www.royalmail.com.
You will assume responsibility for your order once the order has been delivered to you.

What If I'm Not Available To Receive My Order?
If your order requires a signature, and nobody is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave your package with a neighbour, or return the package to a local collection point. In this case, they will leave a calling card with further instructions.
Tax & Duties
All prices quoted on our site include UK VAT at 20%. For international orders, additional duty may be charged at the discretion of customs & excise of the destination country.
In Store Collection
If you select the option to collect your order from the Club Superstore, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection. Collections are made from the front of the store, and you will need your name and order number, or a copy of your order, when you make your collection.
PLEASE NOTE: Collections will be held for a period of 7 working days from the date of the order. After this time, orders will be restocked and refunded (not including personalised shirts).
Once you've selected the items you wish to purchase, you can choose from a range of credit and debit card payment options, to suit you. In addition, you can relax in the knowledge that your details are safe with us as our online store is fully pci compliant and implements the latest technology to ensure your payment is secure.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express.
Payment not accepted / rejected?
If you are having issues with card payments (card declined / not accepted), your card issuer may have restricted the use of your card for online purchases. If you are able to contact your card issuer, they will be able to verify this, and lift any restrictions that may be in place, and enable you to successfully place your order.
What additional steps can I take to ensure my payment is accepted?
If you are still encountering issues making your payment, we suggest taking the following steps:
- Log out of your Superstore account
- Close your browser
- Clear your cookies and browsing history
- Log back in to your account and try to place the order again
- Avoid using autocomplete for the address or the card details on the payment page
- Please use only English characters in your name and address details (for example, please do not use Á, ú, ó, é, but use A, u, o, e instead)
Taking these steps should help process your payment. If you continue to have an issue, please let us know of any errors or messages you might see, by making a note of the error number or by taking a screenshot. Please note that it may take up to 2 minutes for the payment to complete due to security regulations, so please do not navigate away from the payment page once you have tried to submit the payment.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the telephone.
Please note that all prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling. If you are ordering from an overseas location, your payment card will be billed in the currency in which your card is registered at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of purchase.
Returning your purchase
Returning your purchase to us is easy:
If you wish to return your order, simply pack it up along with a short note containing your contact details, order number, and details of the item you wish to exchange for, or refund, and send it back to us here at Vitality Stadium via your local post office. When we receive your returned item/s we will refund/replace according to your instructions. You may also return your item in person to the store for an exchange or refund.
In Store Purchases
Please return your purchase to us here at Vitality Stadium, along with your proof of purchase, where we will exchange or refund your goods.

Shortages and discrepancies
We aim to fulfil all orders accurately, but in the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong item, or your order is missing an item, please call us on 01202 726 300 (option 2), or email email@example.com, and we will endeavour to correct any errors for you.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order up to the time of despatch by calling us on 01202 726 300 (option 2). In the case of personalised products, you may cancel your order if the item has not yet been printed.
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.
