IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
VITALITY STADIUM STORE IS CLOSED


In accordance with government guidelines, the Superstore at Vitality Stadium will be closed while England remains in lockdown.


Our online service will continue for the duration of the store closure, and every effort is being made to ensure that we continue to provide a first class service for our supporters while the store remains closed.


We can assure supporters that all online orders will be picked and packed in a safe environment, with staffing kept to a minimum, and social distancing in place.


This will inevitably mean that there may be a delay in fulfilling orders, and we apologise for any orders which may take additional time to reach you.

CLICK AND COLLECT:

The store closure means that we will have to temporarily suspend our click and collect service. For any supporters who have outstanding click & collect orders, please contact us with your order number at superstore@afcb.co.uk

IN STORE RETURNS PERIOD EXTENSION

If you have made a purchase in the Superstore, or are the recipient of a Christmas gift that you wish to return to the Superstore in person, we will extend the post Christmas returns period to include the first 14 days of the reopening of the store.

If you wish to exchange an item during the period of the store closure, you may do so by sending the item to the Superstore at Vitality Stadium. Please ensure that you include a note with your contact details, and the item you wish to exchange.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds on items bought in store until we reopen.

Items purchased online may be returned in the normal way for an exchange or a refund.

OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

Supporters are advised that delivery schedules are subject to an additional delay at present, with deliveries to the UK taking up to 7 working days.

This is due to the restrictions on the number of staff on site.

All orders are despatched through Royal Mail, who continue to provide as normal a service as possible. However, this is dependent on their staffing levels at individual depots. As a result of this, we appreciate your patience if there are any delays to order fulfilment during this period.
